  Kinnee Contracting upgraded the soundproofing in our rental unit. The team had excellent attention to detail, and the project was completed under budget and with our full satisfaction. We would gladly hire them again for future projects!

  We have a two bedroom condo in the Oak Bay area of Victoria. It was built in the 1980s and needed several changes in order to allow more functionality in modern times. Matt and his crew worked with us to plan the best route to accomplish what we needed. They were also patient with us regarding several annoying add-ons as the job progressed. All Kinnee workers approached their work in a very professional manner including clean up as needed when their work was done each day. Kinnee Contracing provides good work in a fair, ethical, businesslike manner. They demonstrated that they value their relationships with their customers.

  We hired Matt and his team to do a separate entryway in our garage and we are so pleased with the results! Matt is a very thorough professional who takes a lot of care in his clients' needs, making the entire experience a great one. If we ever need any more building/renovation services in the future, Matt will definitely be the first person we call!

  Matt and his team at Kinnee Contracting have been a pleasure to deal with. They took the care and attention that our heritage rebuild required. It was a complex project that required a true builder with a keen eye for detail, and the experience to make our vision a reality. The project required everything from blasting rock so we could do our addition, to the matching of very detailed existing trim, as well as building a complex roofline on our new dormer.
  
  Matt was always two steps ahead of any unexpected details. He stuck to the schedule and was very budget conscious every step of the way.
  
  As well, his staff and sub trades all share his values of quality workmanship. He really cares about his customers and the project in general. We feel fortunate that we had Kinnee contracting on our challenging build and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Matt and thanks to your stellar team!!
