(January 12, 2019, 10:19 pm)I love Princess Auto they always have the choice I need and if it isn't in the store they'll look around and get it.
The staff are always friendly although perhaps not always 100% on store location stuff but then they'll ask another staffer and boom there's the part you need.
I have shopped with them for the better part of 40 years starting with the store in Langley.
You'll love the place, do it.
(January 11, 2019, 4:43 am)Dealt with fellow named Matt over the phone. I was looking for a set of triple square cut socket set and the website said to call stock. I did and Matt said computer showed some in stock but he went to make sure and yes he said they have them. I said I was from out of town and would head in to pick them up and would ask for him when I arrived. I’ve never been in the store before and when I walked in I asked the fellow at the counter to the left if I could see Matt he said yes. I said it was about a socket set and the guy said oh this one! He actually took the time and placed it at the front for me! You know what I’m all about customer service and he hit it out of the park! Thanks again Matt and thanks Princes Auto for a positive interaction...

They are a good place to get odd stuff too. Auto, camping, tools, welding supplies etc. Helpful staff too. I was glad to get a Victoria location.
(November 27, 2018, 7:41 pm)The products and staff used to be excellent, but I've had issues lately. If you have a technical question, be sure to talk to one of the guys at the hydraulics counter. They are the knowledgeable ones. Also, be careful about the house brand "Power Fist". I've found it a bit prone to breakage on heavy duty cycles. Fortunately, the warranty and return policy are excellent if you do run into problems.
