Michelle, I am sorry for any misunderstanding in our conversation. As our business is not a retail store location, we request that customers call first to make an appointment. This is indicated on our website. There are any number of reasons as to why we cannot readily be available for people when they arrive unexpectedly. Regarding our turn around time, we cannot control how busy our schedule can be, but this happened to be a very busy time of year when you came by. I think it is for most embroidery shops. I had asked what you needed done and you had mentioned that you had a shirt that you wanted embroidered to which I indicated that we do not do single item orders. You then asked if I knew of anyone else who could help. Unfortunately, I also cannot possibly know what other embroidery shops can or cannot do to accommodate certain types of orders. I apologize if you felt this was rude or inconsiderate in any way. I did feel that it was best to be up front with what our schedule is like and if we could or could not take on your project.
