“Hadn't planned on a yoga retreat, but it was happening at an opportune time for me Aug 18, and participation felt like the right medicine. The workshop was effective, enjoyable, inspirational, and augmented my wellbeing at physical and spiritual levels, and left me with methods to to continue to work with in my own time. It was really useful. Cedar's leadership was experienced and knowledgeable, and I like that she integrated a variety of mind/body approaches. The setting and food were very natural and conducive to peace. I would probably add an hour on to Friday and Saturday. The flexibility around cost made it more doable. Thanks, Cedar. C.
