“My six week stay with Dave and Amanda was wonderful. The Guest House is set in a beautiful spot, it's like being in a Tree House with all the comforts of home. It provides a lovely Rural experience minutes from the Lake with great trails in one direction and a Marina the other. Its only five minutes from the local market and twenty five minutes to the Langford commercial area with any shopping anyone could want. The Guest House is well appointed, well equipped kitchen and even some staples provided. The beds are comfy and Linen quality. WIFI is excellent and living area comfortably furnished. The back deck is large with beautiful peaceful views of the forest. Dave and Amanda are great hosts, warm, friendly and helpful while respecting their guests privacy... a perfect balance. We were even provided with a bucket of local crab..... what a treat!! During my stay I used the Guest House to entertain out of town guests and to retreat, meditate, walk the woods. It was perfect. Thank you Dave and Amanda!”

“We moored our boat here in 2017 and were impressed with the cleanliness of the marina, the customer appreciation bbqs, and everything the coffee shop had to offer. With the exception of the woman manager that is fairly grumpy, the staff are very friendly and polite. In 2018, they raised their prices so we spent that summer at Beecher Bay marina and though it was a much better price, the parking was limited, the docks weren't maintained and there always seemed to be garbage strewn about. Though Pedder is more costly, we feel it has better value overall.”

“This is an absolute hidden Gem. My family and I had an amazing stay, our, and your host Marg is perfect. Absolutely accommodating all of our questions and needs with fluid precision that made our stay amazing. Now, the lodge itself is very nice , including absolutely everything a family would want to have on hand starting with the kitchen area in main part of lodge. I love to cook, and this place is set! Bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds, clean bathrooms , and then the view. We are sitting right on the waters edge, over looking a beautiful Sandy Beach, and the Olympic mountain range... beautiful stuff! The premises are very well kept, and gorgeous , from the landscape kissing the beach, to the natural surroundings which kind of hug you like a friend. I would recommend this to anybody looking to relax, or have a good time with family and, or friends. Absolutely amazing , very well done weir beach lodge, and spot on Marg, you made this a stay to always remember. Be back as soon as I can make it! Thank you.”

“We stayed here in May for a couple nights after getting a recommendation. The location is amazing if you just want to walk down to witty lagoon and see a pretty amazing west coast beach. They also run a high end catering company so the breakfast is phenomenal. Super private they respect your space but they're also a lot of fun to chat to. We brought our new baby and area was separate and private, so that made us feel really comfortable. The yard/garden area they maintain is on another level and is a mini buchard gardens, so you can sit back and watch all the hummingbirds as you relax on your private patio. Room is nice and big and super clean. 10 out of 10. A great getaway for anyone.”
