    Awesome class, welcoming and friendly environment, brand new bikes (they provide shoes if you don't have any), pumping music and the BEST part after class is a chilled scented towel to help you cool down - and an excellent work out!!

    Can’t say enough how great this place is. Shaye and Raina are awesome and the workouts are amazing! Whether you are a first timer or grizzled veteran you are guaranteed to sweat and have fun. Highly recommend!

    Welcoming environment, accommodating to personal skill levels, great prices for new and avid clients, awesome classes with cool funky lights and good tracks to spin to! really gets the heart pumpin’! Raina & Shaye work you to the core and know they’re stuff!
