She explained the whole procedure, what to expect and walked thru all the steps as they were happening. She left us with our furry friend for as long as we needed before coming back into the house to take him away in the most adorable basket and blanket. I would def recommend Dr Harrison to help your pet cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you
