This place has been a total gift to our family this month. Our Ava kitty got sick and the staff was incredible! I called on a day that was fully booked and they offered to let me drop her off and have a vet see her as soon as possible between appointments!
Dr. Burniston was incredible! He listened and took the time to explain everything in detail. He made it known that he was available to answer any questions we had. He wasn’t put off by our cats tendency to be very grouchy with other people (which I was worried about)
The staff has such a friendly manner and there is even a resident cat available for pets and cuddles.

The great experience starts at the front of house where the people answering phones, booking appointments, and handling fees are so friendly and so responsive! You can tell that they really love animals and are doing their jobs for the right reasons.
We ended up having to put our cat down and the entire process was so dignified and kind. They even gave us an impression of her paws as a beautiful memory.
As soon as we get another kitten I know that this will be our vet!

The entire staffat Oaklands are amazing! Our dog was having some issues and they were able to fit our guy in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Williams was so gentle and so nice to our dog. We are new to Victoria and I will only ever go back to Oaklands from now on! What a great clinic.

I have had many pets and many vets throughout my life. This vet is the best! The doctor and support staff I dealt with were the the nicest and most accommodating that I have ever encountered. I will be taking the rest of my animals there. I hope they see lizards;)

Amazing staff here and vets are fantastic! Dr Tom and Williams operated on my dog to remove a large renal tumour. Dr Williams’ bedside manner is wonderful, she made my husband and I feel at ease through the whole process and was honest, kind and compassionate while caring for my dog. They saved my dog’s life! Thank you so much to everyone at Oaklands Vet! We are forever grateful to you! We will continue to bring our pets here to see Dr Williams and will also recommend them to our friends and family.
