The Windsor Cafe

We walked past this place and came back later for lunch. It had a lovely patio, casual and friendly. We had our 4 month old with us, we had a delicious lunch while sitting outside and looking at the park across. Great food, friendly staff, would for sure come back on our next visit to Oak Bay!

Had a nice 12 oz coffee and a spanakopita in puff pastry both were delicious

Nice people,good atmosphere. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the cheesecake was $6.50 and I'm cheap.

Cute place! With some nice outdoor seating. A bit on the pricey side, but quality food. I had the butternut squash bruschetta which was quite good, and an iced almond mocha. Their desserts also looked tempting but didn't try. Service was good. Only wish they didn't use plastic straws :/

Last Sunday, St. Patrick’s Day our hiking group (21 of us) had lunch at Windsor Cafe. From the booking process, the seating, service and food everything was wonderful. We were given the upstairs dining room all to ourselves which made it so nice for us to socialize with everyone. The staff serving us were very efficient and our meals were delivered in a timely fashion despite them telling us they have a small kitchen and there might be delays. As far as I could see everyone enjoyed their choice for lunch , my apple salad was delicious. I would highly recommend the Windsor Cafe for a group or individually. The owners are especially personable and eager to please.Thanks to you and your staff!
