Pacheedaht Campground

Some of the other campers didn't make great neighbours but the staff was great and the beach was as always, amazing.

Great place to go if you want to camp out next to the ocean

Went camping with some friends at Pacheedat summer of 2020 and camped in the overflow on the beach and it was amazing. Woke up to the sunrise and the sound if the ocean on the beach and watched the sun go down on the beach. There is lots of room to have distance from other campers. Had a blast and can't wait to go again! Also be prepared for no cell service or wifi unless you go to the camp office. Also just up the road there are stores and gas station. Payphone requires a credit card to use.

Smaller site with no picnic table and no fire pit which was a bit disappointing. But my biggest downfall of my stay was the “locals” (one of them named Derrick) they were very drunk harassing people at the beach looking for free hand outs since we are camping on “their beach” (that I paid $35 a night for)
I was truly disgusted in the behaviour of locals. When we finally got them to leave us alone they went to the next site to harass other people who Just wanted to enjoy themselves.
Be cautious that you don’t get taken advantage of
