Arbutus Limousine

I give credit to Arbutus limo for helping me arrange a limo for my wedding on what I would call short notice. I called a week before my wedding for ( October 21) to arrange a limo for 8-10 people. The gentleman who answered the phone made sure to have all the important and crucial information such as location of pick up, destinations and times. and made sure he double checked it and asked if there was anything else he could do for us. I will say his tone was hard to gauge at first but there was humor in the conversation and it was very professional. and found a solution to bring children with car seats.

He gave me his number to confirm the pick up a couple days prior and showed up early and prepared for the wedding party. The limo was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The driver was polite and professional and took away some of the stress for our busy day taking care of transport to take us to the picture spot.
in closing I will admit seeing some of the previous reviews, i was thinking something was going to go wrong, but I have nothing but good things to say. thank you.

7 of us hired this service coming off the Norwegian Pearl, last minute. We had only 3 hours to tour. Our guide/driver, Simon, was fantastic. He took us to Butchart Gardens, was right on time to pick us up, and then gave us a great tour of the city on the way back. He was very easy to talk with and our whole group loved meeting him. Great experience with this company and in Victoria. We'll definitely keep the card and use the service again!
