“Excellent - saved the day (and evening). Called on a Sunday evening and left a message. They graciously called me back and I explained my problem. He was very nice and upfront that rates are quite a bit higher off-hours and explained the options. I asked if I could fix it temporarily or permanently myself and he said I probably could if I left the water off overnight and if I couldn't fix it he could come by later in the morning. Turned out I was able to do it with an early morning visit to a plumbing supply store to get a part under warranty. Yay! P.S. I wouldn't recommend trying to fix some plumbing problems on your own unless you've got a bit of time and are reasonably handy with tools.”
