Balance Home Cleaning

Due to a bad dust allergy, I've tried many cleaning services over the years, and found myself disappointed by all of them (Until now!). Since cleaning services tend to rotate through employees and a different one comes each time, I found myself frustrated with how unpredictable it was. Sometimes I'd get a good cleaning, but more often I'd find myself still sneezing, congested and itchy.

Until I happened to stumble across a recommendation for Balance Home Cleaning (thank you, Reddit). They are the first (and only) cleaning service here in Victoria that does SUCH a thorough job that my dust allergies are no longer an issue. And the cleaning is thorough EVERY time, without fail. A HUGE thank you to Home Balance and all it's wonderful employees, you guys are lifesavers!

We initially hired Balance Home Cleaning through our construction company to carry out the extensive, big cleans upon completion of the jobs. We were so impressed that we now use them for our home and office cleans as well.

They are very organized - they always come with a team cleaning plan... Thorough, professional, feel comfortable with the team in my home. They like our dog:) They get a lot of quality work done in a short time.

The team comes every two weeks and after they leave, the place feels great! I am a compulsive cleaner, but I slowed down lately, and the work Balance Home Cleaning does leaves our home feeling as clean as I would have done it. It is really great, and they are thorough, helpful, very friendly and accommodating.
