Barry was fabulous. Even though we were organizing the installation of air conditioning for my mother, in BC, from our home in Ontario, Barry made things easy for us and comforting for her. He was very helpful with the application for approval by the strata council, providing all the information required. The installation was professional and well organized with everything cleaned up neatly afterward. Barry really made this possible for us and we would whole heartedly recommend him.

Switched to Bears HVAC for our heat pump servicing this year. Barry the technician was professional, friendly and knowledgable. He took the time to detail his findings, including his observation our auxiliary heat had been incorrectly wired (an issue he immediately fixed). Excellent service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Barry was able to come after hours on the weekend when our heating failed. He did a complete diagnostic and was able to help us. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Barry at Bears Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.
