When we arrived in person to the facility - the very person we had been in communication with greeted us at the door, and was very clear with what to expect. Cal was very kind, and personable. Based on my experience (with my mom), we would highly recommend this place for travel testing. Top notch professionalism.

We booked ahead of time on-line and received the discounted price. We arrived 15 minutes early as directed in the email, we finished ahead of time, and received the results by email within 15 minutes of our appointment. HIGHLY recommend this facility for covid testing. My travel journey to the U.S spanned over 2 days due to an overnight flight. My original antigen test got declined online because I based the timing off the first flight, rather than the flight into the US. In a panic, I emailed Boundless Medical at 9pm the night before my flight. Not only did they respond promptly, they accommodated me the next morning even though they were fully booked. They were beyond generous and understanding of my situation to let me retest with no charge, even though it was not their error. Extremely professional, reliable, friendly, and generous staff. They sympathize with their clients and provided customer service that exceeded my expectations.
