Having worked in the roofing industry in the past, I can 100% recommend Brokop Roofing! This is a team of great people who where always very pleasant, professional and clearly paying great attention to detail. My house had some complexities that Jared and the team took care of with ease, including adding additional venting, custom flashing and a torch-on section. Great work and fast delivery! I found Jared and his crew through a referral. This is the 3rd house I've had to put a roof on, so I have had experience with roofing companies. I was super impressed with Brokop from start to finish. My roof had a leak, Jared was out to check it out promptly, and was able to patch it in lieu of scheduling the roof replacement.
Jared took me up on the roof and showed me exactly what was wrong, and why it leaked, and what needed to be done to make it right.
When the time came, his crew showed up exactly as scheduled, did a beautiful job, were done in 2 and a half days, and left the property (and the gutters) spotless. Invoice was competitive, and exactly as quoted.

We have a very high, very steep roof and Brokop Roofing did an excellent job replacing it. They completed the work exactly when they said they would, for the price they quoted, no surprises or delays. We are in the process of completing the roofing of our small three unit townhouse strata located in the Rockland area of Victoria. As the attached photo confirms our was a reasonably complex project, and one that was critical to maintaining the ambiance and charm of the property. Extreme care needed to be exercised in order to limit any disruption or damage to the established gardens while meeting timelines that aligned with other trades including painters, new gutters, siding etc.

The Strata looked at several companies and received a number of quotes before unanimously agreeing to go with Jared Brokop of Brokop Roofing. Jared right from the start took an interest in the challenges of the project in the context of spending time to do his due diligence understanding the concerns and needs of each owner. His pricing was competitive, while his knowledge behind recommending products suitable to meet and satisfy the diverse requirements of the owners was first class. The job is in the process of completing, and we are happy to report it has been done on time, within scope and on budget. He has arranged for other trades on our behalf and co-ordinated work on the site to ensure completion in an orderly manner. His success is because he runs one crew, treats them very well and is personally involved in the project. He is clearly liked and respected by his people all of whom are hard working, well mannered and courteous; something that in todays world seem missing especially in the roofing trade. After starting the project they never missed a day, started promptly and left the site each day in a tidy and safe condition.
