After a while I realized that, for him, it was not an extra step; it's just the way he approaches his work. Cale is very personable, a strong communicator, extremely hard working, and very patient. Cale responds your requests super fast and arranges showings in a heartbeat. given this market environment, without Cale's efforts I don't think I would locate my condo in a pleasant spot with the price I am comfortable with. highly recommended!
