(January 15, 2019, 2:20 pm)Not well prepared. Late afternoon, they realized they did not have consent forms. Trying to print consent form but unable to find a working printer. We are sitting on the matts waiting for a half hour. Staff friendly but not overly stressed about resolving the issue quickly either. This is the second time we've encountered the "no consent" issue. Not terribly impressed.
(December 6, 2018, 2:55 am)All the employees are super friendly and helpful! Location for uvic students is awesome and super convenient. Climbing pass for uvic students is pretty cheap per term.
