Lane is a terrific guitar teacher. I have so enjoyed learning from him. He has such a depth of knowledge, but he meets me at my level, giving me just enough to stimulate my brain and challenge me. He's super laid back and he's so patient while I muddle through things with him! He's introduced me to so many songs and artists while helping me learn the songs I want to learn. I'd recommend him to anyone, and now I have both my kids and my kids' friends taking piano with him. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to take lessons with him.
Great lesson from a seasoned guitar player. Lane is passionate and meticulous about his guitar lessons. I took lessons from him a couple years back and still use some of his techniques and methods. He has a wealth of experience and deep knowledge about music and is able to share that knowledge effectively with his students. I would recommend his lesson for all levels of skill.
I cant say enough great things about Lane and how he teaches guitar. There is no better guitar instructor in Victoria.
If it has stings and makes sounds use Lane to teach you how to make it sing!
Probably the best guitar instructor available in the Victoria area. He is literally a master at the guitar, and maybe even banjo, ukulele and others. He is university trained and is highly recommended by professionals across Canada and the US.
He is the real deal for sure.
Extremely family friendly. Are you a parent of a child who wants to be a real musician? Concerned about who exactly you have influence your young one's mind? Need not worry. This is the man for the job.
His business is held on the same property as a very respectable and community recognised children's "art school" operator by his partner.
Don't hesitate to contact "The Shed". Trust me.
Amazing camp. Renee and staff do a great job! The kids learn a wide range of skills and get to try working with different materials. This was my daughter's must do camp choice this summer.
