  I've trained with and under the coaching staff here for years, and can't say enough great things about them. They're not only great at what they do, they're also genuinely friendly and welcoming people. I'd highly recommend LifeTree for anyone, from new Crossfitters to experienced gym athletes.

  Good facility, great people and friendly/welcoming atmosphere. Very supportive group with high quality instruction suitable for people of a variety of ages and abilities. If you live in the Brentwood/West Saanich are and you've ever considered trying CrossFit, this is a great place to do it.

  Such a welcoming community at CrossFit LifeTree for all fitness levels. Excellent programming that can be scaled for all ages, abilities and experience. Super knowledgeable coaches that genuinely care about each member and their progress and goals. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that wants to workout with great people in a fun, supportive atmosphere!!!

  If you're looking for a great workout, with the most knowledgeable coaching staff around, look no further. The programming allows me to safely train 6 days a week, injury free, getting stronger every day. You'll laugh, sweat, high-five and maybe cry (good PR tears) together, it's the most supportive and inclusive gym I've been to!

  I cannot recommend this Crossfit affiliate enough. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and take the time to ensure everyone is safe and maximizing their potential. The community is inclusive, welcoming, and encouraging. My daughter loves her time in childcare, and my baby boy has spent more than one class being held by a coach so I could finish a workout. It is definitely the best hour of my day!
