Despite the very high call volumes for maintenance work during this heat wave, Ashley answered the phone immediately and cheerfully, and Dylan arrived on time with expert service and advice. We are very impressed with the service provided.

Fosters came in and did an outstanding job. We had booked them for the end of June (during a heat wave) and they arrived and completed the work exactly as they said they would. Once everything was up and running there were a few things we decided to tweak to ensure maximum performance for my home. Stephen was always available when I reached out and guys were promptly on site. Evan was subbed out for the duct install, but shout out to him and his team. Very knowledgeable and a hard worker. Brock came by and did some small extras with the drainage, which for me went a very long way. We are extremely happy we chose this outfit to install our heat pump. I must say the electricians subbed out were also extremely great to deal with and made sure our home was safe as we had found some electrical issues in the attic which they corrected.

During the install our attic was over 40degrees and they didn’t skip a beat. Very impressed.

We have used Fosters since we built our house 16 years ago. We have bought 2 heat pumps from them. We have always had excellent service from all of their associates. Yesterday, their tech, Rae was here to do the annual service on our heat pump and furnace and she was excellent!!! We will definitely call them again. Thanks to the excellent Fosters gang.

Great people that get the job done FAST. I had an emergency job to repair a commercial dehumidifier my business depends on everyday. They took the machine in and repaired it overnight to get me back in business. Cheers to the full Fosters team.
