Smith we were told by city of victoria move it off the road and not to place it back on the roadway, as its not allowed to be on city property or boulevard as Vehicles could hit it as it was not marked or permitted on city property and owner could face liability issues due to its location on road..
We are contractors for the city and liability of putting something on the road that's not permitted or safe is not something we practice.
