As a previous national and collegiate level athlete, it is hard to find a facility that encompasses all the training tools that one needs without the excessive machines and wasted space that so many gyms end up having. Jag is highly motivated as a trainer to see his clients succeed. It is also rare to find a trainer who has such a vast level of education and athletic experience. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

(November 30, 2017, 12:33 pm)hey Jag, i am in India right now getting physiotherapy for my right shoulder which was injured back in early 2017. Its taking a lot of work and hours to heal as i have managed a suprasinitis tear and AC joint tear. On the road to slow recovery. In the mean time my left foot also hurts as i have been told i have muscle wastage on the front so also working on that. Thinking about all the great work outs we had and really miss them. It was great working out with you and i wish things would have worked out differently, but you know i don’t quit and will get through this fitness journey and mission that i have undertaken. Thanks for all your help in the past and apologies about any misunderstandings. You are a great Trainer and let’s see how things go from here on. (January 24, 2016, 8:28 pm)A quality workout that combines specific stretching at the beginning for mobility, a heavy weight lift to measure your strength, and a thought out and functional workout that is well worth the money. You are paying less for a personal trainer, with the same if not more experience, and a passion for fitness that is infectious. I genuinely believe that he will become the most sought after personal trainer in Victoria within the next few years.
