I was really struggling with burn out from running my own business, adrenal disorders, digestive issues, depression, low self esteem and many barriers to my own self love, with Kat's healing touch and modalities of coaching, reiki, massage therapy I was able to receive the healing support I needed!
Kat is brilliant and meticulous at what she does and she puts her whole heart and soul into every session. She is a powerful healer and bodyworker and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is suffering from the tolls and stress of life!
