The servicemen were really helpful and friendly. I had 2 guys over for an hour and 20mins to adjust my sprinkler nozzles, levels and to fix a leak in the system. Total came out to $292 at $175 per HR for labour which I thought was a bit on the pricey side. One guy was on the phone for a good 20mins so I fealt I was charged too much.

I have BUYERS REMORSE. I paid $9,296 for less than 3 days work for a medium size sprinkler system (12 zones) and equipment. I feel like I overpaid on the equipment, so make sure you check the prices! The $159/hr labour was pretty steep, but you got 2 people plus the occasional Supervisor. When I told Graeme I was unhappy with the service, he fixed the system with Stu to my satisfaction. I think it is important to note that I dug the main trenches with an excavator, and provided all the 30 sprinklers. All I can say is I won't be a repeat customer, so hopefully this helps you.

Highly recommended! At the busiest time of the season, technicians Jacob and Jacob were SO helpful. Prompt, professional and best of all very knowledgeable as both are avid gardeners! I now have happy plants.
