After a series of unfortunate technical / personnel errors our booking was misplaced. However once the owner discovered the mistake, he went out of his way to correct the oversight. The company booked us immediately, spent hours on the job doing high quality work, did the work at a loss in order to make up for the error and overall demonstrated that the company is very serious about providing quality services. I found these men to be on time, hard-working, and thorough. They used a gentle method of moss removal. To kill the remaining moss roots, they sprayed the roof with a peroxide solution, which I understand is environmentally friendly. Then they cleaned both the insides and outsides of my gutters and swept my driveway. The price for these services was lower than those quoted by other businesses in the area, and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend their services.
