The staff in the service dep't are EXTREMELY knowledgeable in all things BMW. Always nice to deal with true professionals! Communication is excellent and honest and they kept me up to speed regularly with phone calls, emails and the use of pictures. My experience was so good I am considering shipping my motorcycle 2500 kms to them for it's 10,000 km service.

Peter was very helpful in answering all my questions via email before making the trek to the island to see the bike in person. Once I arrived everything was in order for me to take a test ride and Peter had printed out the full service history on the pre owned motorcycle I was interested in.

I was impressed how quickly they decided to replace the battery without me asking as they said it tested low on the voltage.

Upon the completion of the sale we discovered a small problem with a light switch and they once they diagnosed the exact problem they quickly arranged for me to take the bike to their other location in Victoria where they had the part in stock.
Bernie was waiting for me and had the switch replaced in 15 minutes, I was off to the ferry after that.

Overall a very pleasant transaction, they truly care about their customers.

Best customer service I have ever experienced from a dealership! Great experience from beginning to end without none of that awkward wheeling and dealing that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle. I can tell that the owner Tom truly cares about building lasting customer relationships. Highly recommended for those who are on the market for a motorcycle!!

The team at Island BMW is always so great to deal with, had my Ducati’s services here many times and purchased my latest bike from them. Always above expectation, and today was no exception. I had an issue with my daily commuter this morning, called Bernie and even though they were fully booked for a week, he told me to swing by. He understood how much I need my bike to get to and from work and had a tech check it out, fixing the problem, in less than 30min! Highly recommended!!
