(August 9, 2018, 4:39 pm)Shillion offered great advice over the phone, coaching my wife on how to remove a panel on the fridge to allow him to diagnose the problem without having to make a visit. He concluded that the fridge was beyond repair and recommended buying a new one. No service call required, no charge.
(May 9, 2018, 5:09 am)Didn't buy but lip service was informative unfortunately requested product was unavaliable. Very helpful staff. Apparently for consultation they charge a $1/ minute with minimum 10 minutes.for only $10.00. Not too sure if it's house calls or phone calls, verification needed. There's no mention if they deliver or it's a 3rd. party service.
Great selections of used appliances be fridges, range stoves, washing
m/c or dryers. There's more products downstairs where it also doubles up as their workshop.
At the moment can't comment on house call services yet. Emergency call pager::- 250-360-4925. By the way store sign says business name calls as Quadra Appliance and not Appliance Repair Oak Bay!
(January 2, 2018, 3:40 am)Quadra Appliances was recommended to us. Shillion came out on New Years Day to fix our fridge. He knew right away what the problem was and quickly and professionally did the repair. Very nice man, we were impressed with his service. We would recommend his service and use him again.
(November 23, 2017, 9:47 pm)We've found our go to appliance repair! Service was prompt...even early. Cost was reasonable. Dishwasher was fixed immediately. We are very happy!!
