Working with Walt and his team was a positive experience from start to finish. Ballpark figures were "in the park" of final quote, scheduled visits were on time, product knowledge and confidence to recommend what was needed was strong. The project included replacing twenty one (21) windows including a big replacement in our kitchen which consisted of removing two windows and installing one large 3 section window. The two windows were separated by finished wall. Our home is circa 1920’s with brick sills so there was a gap between the two kitchen window exterior sills that needed to match The same was applicable to the interior stool and apron. The completed work looks like large opening was always there. When on site the crew was very polite and respected the space with regular cleanups during the day and a full pack up away from the living spaces at the end of the day. Very seamless and about as unobtrusive as a crew could be. All service should be like this!

Rusco installed 14 windows in our house - the install was incredibly smooth. I loved watching the installers work together as a team, and their conscientious clean up routine. Walt advised us on the options when we first started looking in March. We placed the order end of March. The install took place the first week in June. We are really pleased with the results.
