The only downside is that several people were not wearing masks in the reception area and this was back in February.

Process:
Took appointment on phone, just went & stay for 45 mins outside the garage.
you can take your oil and they will charge 40cad (35-oil change +5 oil filter).

Tennyson gave me a better price than was quoted. I highly recommend Tennyson Auto. Good service, quick in & out time, best price of several automotive shops quoted, plus cheaper than the quote. Yes I'm happy with that.
