The Calm Dog Studio

My dog and I had a great experience at the Calm Dog Studio. They really have a wonderful setup where your dog can have a good play, relax, and enjoy their day at the “puppy spa”. They did a wonderful job and my pup seemed to enjoy his time there!

My elderly and extremely anxious dog has stopped letting me trim her nails as she’s gotten older and it really breaks my heart! I was worried she wouldn’t be comfortable with anyone and the vet told me she would have to be put under for it to be done. I heard of the Calm Dog through my sister-in-law and I am so forever grateful. My girl was happy and comfortable and the entire experience with Kaila was a dream. I could not recommend this business enough! Thank you!!

Our 4 year old golden retriever is extremely scared of all noises, sudden movement, and new people. She is also extremely terrified of the bathtub. We’ve taken her to the calm dog studio twice now and both times she came home beautiful, very clean and well groomed, but more importantly she wasn’t scared or skiddish! In 4 years of having her we’ve never been able to bath her in the tub. Today after rolling in some mud, she jumped right in the tub and sat there so patiently while I cleaned her. She even let me turn the shower head on and just sat there! She wasn’t scared and she didn’t scramble and try to claw her way out. I couldn’t believe it! I cannot recommend the calm dog studio enough. If you have a scared or anxious dog you can trust they are in very good hands. I can’t thank the calm dog studio enough. You’ve helped Sadie in so many ways!

My pup and I love Kelsey and Kaila at The Calm Dog Studio! They are so confident with my 110 lb excitable, sometimes anxious pup and are able to cut his nails and manage his size during grooming with ease. Kelsey empowered us to take better care of his sensitive skin by suggesting the right brush. The calm dog studio is informed on training techniques and tools and are so supportive of our training journey. They maintain behavior expectations with leadership and love throughout their process and make everyone feel like the best version of themselves. Hands down recommend to any dog owners but especially for furry friends with reactivity, anxiety or special needs.

Kelsey is absolutely amazing 👏 😍 my dog was struggling with another groomer and Kelsey swooped in and saved the day. He enjoys seeing Kelsey and is very well trained on getting into the bathtub at home now. Kelsey was able to give him a full groom and recently even trimmed his nails which is quite the feat. I'm so glad we have such an experienced, kind and caring woman to groom my doggy. Kelsey uses positive but firm training techniques that work!!! I just love her and her suggestions ❤! I 100% recommend The Calm Dog Studio 🙂🙏
