  I had a terrible experience with Telus, and after three months I wrote a review on here. I was contacted and my problems ended up being fixed. They promised to look into the holes of their communication and set me back up with what I needed.
  The most important thing was I felt valued and I appreciated being heard and respected and treated fairly. I also appreciated that they admitted fault and wanted to make it right. After the last few months I feel better about Telus in general, especially this wonderful location. Breanna the manager was amazing as was Jason, her boss.

  Super helpful with all my questions and helped me get set up with my new phone super efficiently. Really appreciated the friendly atmosphere.

  Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They made the purchase and transition to a new phone smooth, easy and seamless. They stayed late to help and didn’t mention or look st the clock. Highly recommend.

  I’ve been a customer for 7 years, and the service keeps me coming back.
  
  Most recently, Morgan and Sarah went above and beyond helping me with my phone on the last day of the warranty.
  
  I’m sorry to say that TELUS support was extremely lacking. The computer systems were down (and these employees tried everything in their power to get around it). Morgan called in to TELUS support and estimated time was 20-30 min. After 45 min on hold we didn’t get any support. Seriously, TELUS??? That is poor support for your customers and their agents.
  
  The only thing keeping me with TELUS right now is the awesome support I get at Tom Harris Tuscany Village.

  On July 19, 2018, I went to the Tom Harris Store at 1632 McKenzie to renew my plan and upgrade my phone. The service team was very professional and efficient, and also worked hard to track down and implement a special offer I had been promised by TELUS itself. Meghan helped me do all of this, and she also displayed considerable knowledge and competence when helping mentor a trainee who also assisted. Obviously there is also a good store manager here who has developed a strong team culture and are also very good at sales. You will be in good hands at this Tom Harris store. Thanks, Meghan!
