(February 3, 2019, 9:49 pm)These friendly, helpful and personable staff are knowledgeable about vape flavours/types, new and old equipment, and upcoming trends; they also remember you and are quite happy to recommend things based on your previous purchases. Good selection of vapes and equipment that are competitively priced.
They 'give a damn' and it shows.
A solid 5 star shop. Recommended.
(August 19, 2018, 11:30 pm)The man who works at the shop was very helpful. I speak english second language and he was very patient and listening. I would recommend this shop to people who want to quit cigarettes. Many good flavors and the man let me smell the liquid so i can choose better. I bought recommended product from the man at the shop and i am so happy. The man showed me how to fill and use it and he listened to me very carefully. I have a difficulty with English but the man was able to help.
(November 16, 2017, 1:15 am)First time I say that, the customer service is the best I have ever seen. Jay (the manager) can really make you understand why shops like his are irreplaceable. The way a customer is taken care off in the business is astonishing!!! How can I put this.... if you look for a vape shop in Vancouver Island then this is simply the best one. Drive hours if you need to.
