I have worked for W&J Construction for 14 years and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff and management are so friendly and organized. I have gained most of my construction skills and knowledge through this company as well as certificates. W&J Construction is a great place for new workers to start up in the construction industry and work there way up the ladder. Overall great company to work for!
W&J Construction is a very friendly, family orientated workplace. Even if you aren't related you still feel at home. I have been involved with this company for a very long time. I have developed new skills and knowledge through this company and it keeps growing. Our management system always puts the employees needs before anyone else's and make sure everyone is accounted for. The staff here is so friendly and outgoing and makes the working experience a whole lot of fun. I recommend W&J Construction to anyone who has and hasn't worked in the construction trade :).
