Brittany was fabulous from start to finish! To discover she is the store manager came as no surprise as her professional & friendly approach has certainly taken her places in the company! It was so refreshing to deal with Brittany after seriously procrastinating phone replacement for several months as I dread the process but it was fabulous! Thank you so much, Brittany!!!
