“I am puzzled by the negative comments expressed by some people, I have banked here for 15 years and have always been treated very well by the bank staff. It is true that over the years the policy of Scotiabank itself has changed and become more profit driven, but that is head office. At the branch level they are still great people. One reviewer mentions there are less people in line at the bank these days - that is to be expected as more people do their banking online. Way to go, Sidney Scotiabank!”
