Crab Shack Sportfishing

Was invited to attend an Employee day with the Victoria 24/7 Electric Team. It was great fun and the kind day many dream of to just hang out on the water hearing stories and fishing. The day was a Calm and you really couldn't ask for a nicer day in October on the water. We were able to catch some fish but the high light for me was the Crabs. Having never experienced it before it was just so neat to pull out the trap and then measure and keep or toss back the crabs. To top it all off there is nothing better then eating fresh crab and fish you were able to haul out of the Ocean that same day. The guys at Crab Shack Sport fishing our truly local guys with stories about the area that will fascinate anyone. I would highly recommend experiencing what they have to offer. We were also able to spot a submarine too!

They didn't have any lobster today, so I asked if they had prawns. I took a pound of BC Spot Prawns home, and were they ever good! I'll be going back for more of those!

Very friendly owner in the Crab Shack, we picked up some fresh and local BC prawns and they were great.

I like to drop by for spot prawns or whatever is fresh. Great place. Great people.

Amazing experience. Elden was professional, has great local knowledge and super well organized on the boat. We have used this charter on a number of occasions and it has always been a truly wonderful experience.
