I had some not-everyday policy changes, and the staff helped me to figure out what was exactly needed, without jumping to conclusions, and took the time to understand the situation. They also noticed that my claim discount was incorrect and took it on them to contact ICBC about it.
Again, the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Trisha spent over an hour on the phone with ICBC to correct a problem at the ICBC end and to make sure I left with what I needed with out being overcharged. Wonderful people there. All of them.
