“Ron is a very nice guy and very courteous when in the house. As with other customers here, we had an unacceptable delay in getting parts needed but this is not Ron's fault. I would say, if you're using Ron for warranty work - take it upon yourself to stay in touch with the supplier as to the status of your parts. Ron has a lot of customers to care for and the supplier in our case was the reason for the delay. Once I got proactive with them, the parts came quickly and Ron was at our house 2 days later to get the job done. Highly recommend his professional service and knowledge.”
