BMW experts. They diagnosed and repaired some very challenging electrical issues and were great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm from Vancouver and came here a few months ago on a Saturday when my CEL came on.

The owner (I presume) was just about to lock up for the day when I came a knocking.

It was during an atmospheric river and rain was dumping, but he came out to help despite me not having an appointment.

He ran a quick diagnostic, cleared my codes and put some water into my coolant.

He graciously wouldn't accept any payment, so I'm singing his company's praises for all you would be German import Vancouver Island costumers...

This is the real deal and definitely not going to steal - I wish I had this guy in Vancouver, treat him well, Victoria!

Had a coolant leak fixed and new battery installed on my 2011 335i. Really cool guys working here. No receptionist so it's cheaper than other bmw shops in town, and because of that you get to talk directly to the mechanics. Will be back.
