“Highly recommend EDP Automotive! I had a flat tire that I needed replaced as soon as possible and despite the shop being busy, Brian was able to squeeze me in on short notice. The flat tire was dropped off at the shop to inspect, as it wasn’t clear if it could be patched or needed to be replaced. Within minutes Brian called and advised that I needed a new tire because of the damage done. Within a couple hours he had two new tires (decided it was best to have two replaced) delivered to the shop. The new tire was put on where I had the car parked and drove it back to the shop. They changed both tires on the spot and within two hours it was ready for pickup. Value added service - I forgot to tell Brian that my window had come off the track and it was just sitting on the track until I got it fixed, and when the mechanic rolled the window down it came out of the track. Rather than just leave it for me to fix the issue I’d had for a while, Brian called to say it had come off the track and that they would take it apart and put it back on. They weren’t responsible for it and took the time to take my door apart and place it on the track. Any other shop I have been to would not have done that! Services are very well priced and if you’re looking for honest, professional and efficient service, this is it. Several colleagues of mine have been going here for years. My Mother is also a customer, as well as her colleagues and friends. Highly recommend you use EDP - you won’t regret it. Thank you Brian and team for outstanding service!”

“I'm from Vancouver and came here a few months ago on a Saturday when my CEL came on. The owner (I presume) was just about to lock up for the day when I came a knocking. It was during an atmospheric river and rain was dumping, but he came out to help despite me not having an appointment. He ran a quick diagnostic, cleared my codes and put some water into my coolant. He graciously wouldn't accept any payment, so I'm singing his company's praises for all you would be German import Vancouver Island costumers... This is the real deal and definitely not going to steal - I wish I had this guy in Vancouver, treat him well, Victoria!”
