Wade (Owner/GM) and Garry offered some world class service. No pressure tactics, freedom to explore the lot and allowed us test drive what we wanted and set clear expectations. Without a doubt the best car buying experience ever! I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle, and with my busy schedule, Sunday had to be the day that I was able to fit that in. After searching online on Auto Trader, Used Vic, and other avenues, I came across a number of vehicles I was interested in, all luxury vehicles with low kms, and they happened to be at Van Isle Auto Brokers in Victoria. Not only were they open on Sunday, but I was met by Garry who was extremely helpful and within minutes I was out test driving a car. I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted at that point, but knew that with their inventory, and no pressure sales, I was confident enough to say to him that I would be buying from him within a few days. I really felt at ease dealing with Garry. A big purchase like buying a car can be extremely stressful, but my experience was exactly the opposite. It was so easy and seamless! By Wednesday (3 days later), I drove away in my new super sexy Audi A5 Quattro 3.2L. It was arranged for all the final paperwork and insurance to be done before work that morning, so I met with Wade the GM that morning to sign the final documents. He was also extremely easy and amazing to deal with. In addition to that, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Garry, who went above and beyond to further make this transition super smooth by arranging a pick up for me from my house to the dealership that morning. The service they provide during and after purchase is impeccable to say the least. They also have an amazing warranty at a super low price... and it covers pretty much ANYTHING that could go wrong with your vehicle.
