Very knowledgable and impressively well-rounded! There are many stereotypes about naturopaths, perhaps as being somehow science-phobic or unwilling to give traditional medicines any merit. Dr. Forest explains the pros and cons of each approach to managing your health, and can give you a very detailed picture of how you can optimize your wellbeing.

She is also very considerate about financial stressors, and I feel that her recommendations are never excessive: it is precisely the most economical course of action available without sacrificing performance/quality.

Orissa is absolutely fantastic! I’ve visited numerous health practitioners from Vic to Whistler and find her the most diligent, accessible, and practical. She focuses on adding new healthy habits vs setting unrealistic practices for a busy woman who loves chocolate & muffins!
