Dr. Nehra was informative, easy to converse with, and a pleasure to deal with. “I was late being referred to Erin as I wasn't planning on having a doula, but due to some unexpected circumstances, Erin was highly recommended to me and I could not be happier that she was. The day I was supposed to meet Erin for some prenatal teaching, I went in to labor. Erin came to the hospital and even though we've never met before this, it was like I had known her forever. She was more then I could've ever imagined. She was great during the entire process. Luckily, I got to have Erin for some time after giving birth. She came to our home and helped me with my daughter, gave me breastfeeding tips, watched her while I had a shower, and helped me emotionally in one of the toughest times of my life. “I had been considering the 3 month nutritional program for some time, but as I was already familiar with macros and the importance of protein I wondered what would I really gain? The short answer is everything! So far, I am only two months into my 3 month coaching, and I find myself already at my goal weight. But as opposed to my usual crash diets before summer to shed the lbs, this time I see a bigger change in my body composition as I was encouraged to incorporate strength training as well as a balanced diet with all of the nutrients my body needs. Ann did a great job of understanding the way I work and providing insightful comments for ways of rethinking food. I really enjoy how we have changed some of my habits and set a strong baseline with good food preparation and planning – this is something that is key for me and the structure has allowed me to be easily consistent with my diet. I have been provided with a different perspective on nutrition, seemingly without trying and now feel I have a great system in place that I can build from.
