We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Greg at Harbord Insurance. When we purchased our home, we were under a tight deadline to close everything. I had reached out to numerous insurance companies and agents only to get very tardy responses or no reply at all. Right from the very beginning, Greg was extremely professional, prompt, responsive, and courteous in all manners of communication including telephone and e-mail. He found us the exact product at a great rate for us and he kept us informed every step of the way. By working with Greg, the entire process was so seamless. We are so appreciative of the wonderful service that Greg provided. We won't go to anyone else and we absolutely recommend him for your insurance needs.

Our experience with Harbord has been fantastic. Juliet saved us $150 on our Home insurance compared to our current insurance company broker. She was also exceptional at handling our inquiries.
Mike was awesome when handling our Auto insurance needs as well. He went above and beyond and saved us almost $400 compared to our current broker! This was not as a result of any annual reduction by ICBC or our supplementary provider. Mike shopped around, checked every option and saved us hundreds of dollars on exactly the same coverage as our current broker.

Update: Kelly did a great job renewing my car insurance. Upgrade to 5 stars. Kim was friendly, helpful and professional in helping me change my address after moving. Always find Harbord delivers. My only issue, hence 4 not 5 stars, was a very long wait on hold when I called in the morning. I had to hang up and call later. Classical on hold music was a nice change.
