Both times I’ve needed last minute insurance, the people working there have been SO helpful and kind and I feel so appreciative of them!

Marlene was amazing with my car insurance renewal - fast via email and phone AND explained everything so I understood clearly. Any questions I had or concerns, Marlene dealt with them promptly and also suggested other options for me. Would definitely return.

We were very impressed by the competence and professionalism of the Island Savings Insurance representative while dealing with the transfer of ownership of our automobile. She was pleasant and communicated clearly, covering all the bases.

It feels good to leave a big five bank, reduce my fees, and feel more valued in the process. This may move up to 5 stars when I've been with them a little longer.

We have been doing business with Island Savings and Insurance for over 3 decades. Our 3 kids are now grown and continue to use Island Savings. We especially enjoyed when the Jubilee location opened its doors close to home and Bobby was named manager there! . This branch, aka "Bobbys Bank" by us, is all about customer service. Its a pleasure to be greeted by name and to bank face to face with intelligent, happy humans!. On that happy note...Its a good day if you bump into Bobby-his professionally executed exuberance about almost anything in life, may leave you feeling really happy and upbeat ! Its been our experience that Bobby and the team at the Jubilee location are A1! Last but not least, JP is our "go-to" man for his abundant knowledge re everything insurance and especially because of his genuinely kind, friendly self.
