I have had two sessions with her now, and I am just so thankful to be able to reconnect with yoga and to feel so supported physically and mentally while I find my way. She is an empathetic facilitator and a very gifted teacher. I have found everything about working together to be accessible, and appreciate her sliding scale payment model. Can't wait for more

The custom-tailored session she created for me was both restorative and gently challenging, and I really enjoyed listening to her meditative voice guide me through each step of my session. Looking forward to our next appointment!
