Fly The Cage Tattoo

After carefully researching, I ended up settling on Fly the Cage as the studio where I wanted to get my first tattoo done. All I knew was that I wanted it to be a unicorn for my late mother, who had loved them. Zara was amazing at creating a piece that was both beautiful and powerful, and booked me in with more than enough time to get the tattoo fully healed by my wedding. The shop was clean and comfortable, and working with Zara was easy. Super friendly, AMAZINGLY skilled, everything about my Fly the Cage experience went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

Absolutely love this place. All of the artists are very talented. I just recently got my second piece by Ren. She takes the time to really listen about what you want, and delivers a beautiful piece of art. I will definitely be back!

I have had most of an entire sleeve done by Zara and I never cease to be amazed by every little part. (I'll post pics when the most recent piece has had a chance to heal. Zara is very down to earth and accommodating.

I have two tattoos by Zara now, and both are stunning. My first one I got 3 years ago now, and have been stopped countless times by people wanting to ask who the artist was, or just to tell me that they love it! More importantly, I love them so much and I'm so grateful to have found such a great artist who I absolutely trust. Worth the time and money, especially for the clean lines and colour work. I can't say enough about Zara! She was patient, listened and really understood what I wanted, took all my reference pictures, and came up with an incredible drawing. Then when it came time to put it on skin, I was absolutely blown away by the precision of her lines, the care of her colour blending and saturation. She also put in a marathon 8 hour day on me, and never lost focus or attention to detail. She is an incredible artist! I'm so happy that I chose Zara to work with, and am so proud to wear her artwork. Thank you, Zara!!!
