I grew up down the bottom of the hill. It's home. Played in the brush and on the rocks, watched fire works off Clover Point and in the Inner Harbour from here. Toured the Observatory when it was such, even went up on the roof. Best views of Victoria, the Olympics, the Straights, Mr. Baker, Little Saanich Mt., Mt. Tolmie and Mt. Douglas from here. My parents rocked!
This small Park provides access to the Observatory and Hill where you can climb to take in the views of Victoria. I visited on a sunny saturday afternoon and there was lots of parking available. There is a stairway down to Barkley Terrace that takes you down to King George terrace Terrace which is another scenic area

Wonderful view, great chance for visitors to see"the other" ecosystem in Victoria along with great views of Gonzales Beach, Clover Point, and parts of the city.
One of the best views in Victoria, amazing for sunset. Much quieter than other viewpoints in the area.
This park is beautiful with a sweeping view of Victoria. There is an observatory, a parking lot that's free, and interesting little trails and hills to explore. There are several ways up and down this hill. It is a Gary Oak meadow.
