(March 24, 2018, 12:55 am)I have been struggling with my body for many years, with limited success from different modalities and not getting a straight answer to what the problem was. After my first session with Brett I began to feel a shift, and I began to have a better understanding of what was going on with my body. I found Brett to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and intuitive. I would recommend Brett to anyone. Thank you Brett, you were a key part of my healing process.

He is a wonderful person to know, extremely talented, puts you at ease, and truly cares about your well being and getting you back to your best self. When I first started, I had no idea what I was getting into, but I can now say that the benefits to Rolfing seem endless! If you have any chronic pain , want to improve your posture and increase your flexibility, or just have a better overall sense of well being then Rolfing is for you. If you are not sure what Rolfing is, but are interested in trying it out, or you are wanting to find a amazing experience to help aid in your healing process - you should definitely contact Brett at Island Rolfing - I promise you he will meet and exceed your expectations!
